Clinics, programs, and the chart that binds them.

We help practices stand up and run — family medicine through hospice — and we ship Halo, Tuxil’s FHIR-native EHR. One patient graph. Every specialty writes to it. Available in all fifty U.S. states and Canada.

  • Halo EHR
  • Family medicine
  • Specialty network
  • Weight management
  • Rehabilitation
  • Hospice

One graph

Cardiology, PT, dental, and hospice write FHIR resources to the same patient — consent-aware, not copy-paste.

Native FHIR

US Core is the kernel. SMART on FHIR apps plug in. Bulk export is a feature, not a warehouse project.

Practice-scale

Halo is built for independent and multi-specialty groups in all fifty U.S. states and Canada — weeks of implementation, not a decade.

Service lines

Halo is the chart. The service lines are the care it was written for.

  1. 01

    Halo EHR / FHIR

    Custom electronic health record

A FHIR R4 / US Core chart written as the system of record — not an export bolted onto a 1990s database. Built for Tuxil’s specialty mesh.

  2. 02

    Practice and facility consulting

    All specialties as a group

Clinic setup, staffing plans, operations, and build-outs with Tuxil Building.

  3. 03

    Primary care affiliation

    Family medicine

Owned or affiliated clinics in all fifty U.S. states and across Canada.

  4. 04

    Specialty network

Cardiology, dermatology, orthopedics, ENT, psychiatry, pathology, optometry, dentistry, physiotherapy

A referral and affiliation directory that shares one Halo record instead of eleven island charts.

  5. 05

    Weight management

    Weight loss

Program design, consults, and a Halo pathway that follows the patient into rehab or primary care.

  6. 06

    Rehabilitation

    Rehabilitation, physiotherapy

Outpatient and post-acute programs, with therapy notes living on the same graph as the referring specialist.

  7. 07

    Hospice and palliative

    Hospice care

Family inquiry and hospital referral, inheriting goals of care from Halo instead of a faxed PDF.

How we work

  1. 01

    Map the practice

Specialty mix, volume, and whether Halo, affiliation, or a care program is the first door.

  2. 02

    Stand up the chart

Halo lands as the FHIR kernel. Existing records migrate onto the same patient graph.

  3. 03

    Open the programs

Weight management, rehab, hospice, and the specialty network write into that graph from day one.

Care that does not reset at the state line

A patient who starts weight management in Texas and continues rehab in Ontario should not become a new chart. Halo keeps the graph; Tuxil Health keeps the programs.
